Childcare Centres Swimming Program

Children love the water and the pool. Swimming comes naturally to them. We believe swimming must start at a young age when children are receptive to learning. It helps build confidence and teaches basic survival methods. Furthermore, kids love doing activities in groups where they can learn hand-in-hand with their friends.

We have been working closely with various Childcare Centres in Singapore and are confident that our Program will benefit your children. Furthermore, Swimming Lessons are taught during school-hours so parents can enjoy quality time with their kids during weekends.

Short-Term Swimming Lessons

In Singapore for only a week or two and craving some pool therapy? Join our Short-Term Swimming Lessons during your stay, however short it may be. You could even take up this course if you simply want to work on your stroke technique, take up a diving license or before joining a triathlon.


Holiday Crash Course

These Swimming Lessons are conducted during the holidays only. These intensive lessons help build your stamina and can be taken even if only to fine-tune your strokes.


Obesity Swimming Program

Designed to help obese individuals lose weight, this swimming program not only provides you with a workout in the water but also brings aboard a dietician. To add to the intensity of the program, it will be conducted 3 - 4 times a week while using other swimming equipment like swim-fins, kick-boards and hand paddles. Exercise and a healthy diet go hand-in-hand, which is why a dietician will plan your nutrition program as you swim to lose weight.


Kids' Aqua Zumba Class

The Aqua Zumba Classes for kids are a mix of various forms of dance coupled with water aerobics in a shallow pool. It is a high-energy and entertaining activity that kids are bound to love. Suitable for 5 years old and above.


Adults' Aqua Zumba Class

The Aqua Zumba classes for adults are similar to that for the kids. It is a fun, entertaining activity and helps with keeping the body nimble and flexible.


Aqua Aerobics Program

This fun, energy-driven program is all about exercising in shallow water. You do not need to be a strong swimmer; you just need to have a liking for water.


Family Mass-Swim Program

This swimming event is anything but competition. It's a fun activity for the entire family during which you get to bond and even win prizes depending on the number of laps swum as a group.


Swim Camp Program

This camp is usually conducted during school holidays. It's a fun activity and a productive way for children to spend their free time.


Swim Clinic

This program is essentially for those who want to perfect their strokes and better their best swim times. It is particularly beneficial for those who have been swimming for a while but haven't got their technique perfect. If all they need is a 'swim doctor's' help, we're the ones to come to.


Trial Lesson

Our trial lessons are open for all at a charge of $60 per lesson. We are more than happy to send our coach to you at your choice of location and time.
